Editor's note— Ordinance No. O-2014-24 was adopted by the Durango City Council on June 16, 2014. This ordinance, with an effective date of July 1, 2014, repealed Chapter 27 of the City of Durango Municipal Code as was previously published here and replaced it with a new Chapter 27, an updated Land Use and Development Code (LUDC) for the City of Durango. All land use and development projects submitted after July 1, 2014 are required to comply with the new LUDC.
