§ 6-105. Amendments.

The following amendment to the 2015 International Energy Conservation Code adopted in §6-101 is hereby adopted.

I.

Section 109.1 Board of Appeals, General is amended, in its entirety to read as follows:

109.1 General. In order to hear and decide appeals of orders, decisions or determinations made by the building official relative to the application and interpretations of this code, there shall be and is hereby created a board of appeals. Unless otherwise provided by separate action of the City Council, the members of the board of appeals created herein shall be the same as the members of the Durango Board of Adjustment appointed by the City Council under the terms of the City Charter and the City Land Use and Development Code and they shall serve in that capacity at the pleasure of the City Council. The board shall adopt rules of procedure for conducting its business.
